Our Annual General Meeting is held in March. The date and time is announced in our newsletter and on our calendar. Resolutions, questions, and suggestions to be dealt with at the meeting shall be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors at least ten days prior to the meeting.
New members shall have been members in good standing for at least ninety days before having voting rights. That is, if you want to vote at our Annual General Meeting in March, you must become a voting member by early December.
The Annual General Meeting—and all other meetings of the church, for that matter—are governed by Robert’s Rules of Order.
More informal—but perhaps more important—discussions about our church’s future happen at the Visions & Goals Seminar.
